The pizza special on Friday was inspired by the sampler box. It had summer sausage, Monterey Jack and Aged Gouda, plus a little mornay sauce and some chili oil after I baked it. Huge hit.

Porker House Rolls - rolls made with the rendered fat and jus from the roast pork we make for the Philly style roast pork sandwich. These were a trial for the Thanksgiving pre-order menu, we’ll have some available to purchase today as well at the shop!
