The energy bill price cap is rising again. Any increase is too much for older people living on a low income who can't even afford the current situation, especially with many now also losing the #WinterFuelPayment.

I am in the snowy East Midlands today, which is bitterly cold. Just recorded a clip for the World at One about the impact of the rising price cap on older people on poverty. Should be on around 120pm if you want to catch it.
