I've never posted much anywhere on social media. I have PTSD & get overwhelmed pretty quickly, especially when feeling as vulnerable as now. Still, being here, reading posts, knowing I'm not alone in the struggle, helps keep my afloat. I hope to find community, even if I do it quietly.
