Totally, Sure Start made my 1st time mum life demonstrably better. I saw a weaning video there, which, although too early for my son at that point, covered dealing with a baby choking so I knew exactly what to do without panicking when at 2mo he choked on mucus.

My husband's aunts and uncles were killed by Spanish flu, his father, my father-in-law, was the only surviving child (1 out of 4). My 17yo does like dropping that into his History lesson convos
