Looks like that to me too; much of what’s happening in the USA now seems like it will decrease both its soft and hard power.
Not sure he’s literally a Russian asset, but between a weird fondness for autocrats and living in a (Russian-powered) disinformation bubble, the results are about the same.

Not to mention that there were surely US companies doing business in Ukraine when Russia invaded, and it didn't stop anything.

I got to know your music via your tour with We Lost The Sea, so Mount Pleasant was my introduction. Cranebrook is quite different, but absolutely beautiful.
My favorites are "You Coward!" and "I Guess I'll Be Leaving Now". Think they'd be great live. Hope you'll make it to Prague (or nearby) again!

Stopped for a few days in Germany on the way back too. Also quite lovely.
