Modder for Sid Meier's Civilization VI and VII. Steam Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/id/jnr13/myworkshopfiles/
Modder brain is when you think about a game multiple times a day but actually *play* it just a month.

But when I do, it's suddenly 7am again and I need to get ready for work without any sleep...

Got what's maybe the most lovely scenery in started with in this game so far though:

Another Great People mod, this time bringing a high-cultured officer corps to Prussia.

Thanks to everyone who helped me with research! (especially since Prussia's elite was zelaously mysoginist and tried to deliberately erase women from its history)

Let Prussia's glory and shadow leave its mark on the world with 10 Junkers (unique great people)!
I did not like the Stuka as a unique unit for Prussia because it appeared well within the time of a unified Germany. Junkers fit the civ's...

Loved making this mod, and I am already deeply invested in adding some interesting events for each Tycoon for a 2.0 update. The structure of civ uniques in Civ VII just allows infusing them with so much flavor, one of my favorite parts of the game.

Immerse yourself in the Gilded Age with 10 Tycoons (unique great people) for America!
Among the non-unique great people in previous games, Americans were strongly represented so it felt obvious to me that America should get unique...

My "I don't make political statements" hat has people asking a lot of questions already answered by my hat.

I have about 14 spreadsheets where I kept reinventing what became my 6T tech tree. The process itself helped me get through some rough days, lol.

At least once a month I feel like writing down all world wonders and group them. It's so therapeutic I should start billing my health insurance for it.
no that’s my emotional support spreadsheet

Ok long ages setting makes it quite fun but is probably not that balanced. But who'd have thought that I'd end up warmongering in Civ... Really fun system this time around. I even enjoyed Exploration as a whole due to being able to focus more on my own continent as Songhai.

Turns out that when the game asks "which city?" and you say "the player", it gets mad. Issue is fixed, just need to test if all effects work as intended. Then hopefully have this coming soon.

Bonus points for anyone who knows all three references made in the thumbnail.

Filling out my building sheets with pics from my Mughal game, I didn't even see the Schoolhouse at first - it's one of the few modern buildings where the whole model is adjusted for a style instead of just recoloring the same model.

Was fun to try resetting your mind over and over and thinking of a completely different domain.

First two Civ VII mods in testing!

One just fixes a bunch of errors among the Warehouse buildings.

The other goes further and makes Warehouse buildings non-ageless. Instead, their bonuses are granted automatically by the City Hall in later ages and they can be overbuilt safely.

First proper mod: making warehouses overbuildable (without yield loss) so modern cities don't have ancient Granaries in their downtown anymore.
