It's not that courts won't save us, it's that they *can't.* What Trump and Musk are doing are somewhat beyond what a branch of government with no enforcement power can stop.

New from me: Donald Trump is president again. There is nothing inevitable about what happens from here forward. The greatest threat would be to pretend otherwise and that his success at attaining kingship is preordained, as there is no divine right to the presidency.

"We will forge a society that is color blind and merit-based. ... As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female," Trump said.
So now the US government will officially be ignorant, discriminatory and disgusting.
