Think I've cracked this diet with this one NGL. Seafood sticks with a garlic lemon mayo sauce, some cucumber and that's all just wrapped up in a hand roll. Like 100kcal each and that's with full fat mayo

Making tonkotsu broth typically means a whole day of fussing over cook temps and keeping pork bones off the bottom of your pot (and today meant a failed attempt at not waking Aria and Lily) but it's absolutely worth it for the finished product.
