It is interesting that when attacking this you don't say "missing middle"
He also seems uninterested in a homeowners "right" to build an ADU. Only the right to stop their neighbor from building one

Time for all of the armchair bus GMs in NextDoor to prove their worth.
Awhile ago my recycling bin lid broke off getting blown over by strong winds. I filled out a city of Madison form, got an email back within a few hours and an offer for a bigger bin. Within a few weeks I had my replacement.
Easy and painless process. Good job city

This is very good and a conversation to have. Madison BRT funding was so much getting new buses, payment systems, etc because funding then required the fancy system. Queue jumping, dedicated lanes, etc aren't brt concepts - they're bus concepts
