Unwise views are my own; wiser ones are communal

Mike's talk was a thought-provoking and poignant retrospective on EXAG's past, present and future, and our past present and future as a community in the current climate. I really connected with this talk, and it gave me a lot to think about! Grateful to be a part of this community.

I will die on the hill that Starfield was a better space game than The Outer Worlds. The former's setting had more potential. The latter, while not irredeemable, just...well, this review of the sequel seems like "more of the same":

I'd started trying to beat The Outer Worlds and another playthrough of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines in preparation for both of their sequels, but neither seem worth it.

Katamari though...

We also got pics with every single feral cat-person at The Cat Lady of Crooked Lane scare zone. 😂

Masquerade: Dance with Death was the best scare zone. We only got to half the houses: Fallout (disappointing), WWE (fun!), El Artista (the scariest we did), Gálkn (best theming), and Hatchets and Chains (we were alone in the house so they went extra on us; I hid at one point).
