Since your initial post, I just saw a clip of her speaking at the Leading Women Defined Summit. Maybe she needed time before making an initial appearance. It is tough to come out of a loss like that. We shall see if she starts making the rounds. Either way, I still don’t blame her if she doesn’t.

No problem. And the only reason I know this is because I was independent for a short period of time thinking it meant no affiliation. But I kept seeing an independent candidate matching the conservative candidate on ballots. After I put two and two together, I switched to unaffiliated.

Well I’m glad you lean left. My comment was a general warning. There are parties in states that refer to themselves as either independent Party or Independence Party, and depending on the state it appears that these parties may not stand for what we may think based on the name alone.

But don’t join the independent party. They are basically conservatives. Surely you mean independent voter/unaffiliated.
