Those are some pretty large limitations in terms of ultimate costs. And particularly costs shouldered by younger age brackets. Long covid costs harder to quantify but ignoring them surely cannot give you accurate cost benefit outcomes?

Thanks for clarifying I did think they were generally sick either large fatality but wasn't sure as I'd heard to pre emptive cull.

Will they stop culling when/if they aren't required to test anymore? Just wondering on implications there.

Ok looks like PCR and a 2 ish yr study window. Also looks like focus on later risks ?

RAT or PCR negative I wonder? With a number of asymptomatic infections, it's hard to know if the negative control is truly negative as when was resting done, in addition if RATs they have limitations. Also note hospitalized excluded? I guess I'll have to read the preprint for more detailed info.
