The CA/PNW atmospheric river is wild...the California Nevada River Forecast Center reported that Santa Rosa received almost 4 inches of rain in 24 hours and is at a whopping 325% of normal for the water year. Uh...how are the Napa and Russian Rivers holding up?

Some silver lining news - 2 of the uncalled house races in CA are trending democratic - Adam Gracy trails John Duarte by 351 and Derek Tran is 397 votes ahead of Michelle Steel. There are still 10s of thousands of ballots to count but these would be Dem flips if they succeed!
