They're appealing the decision by the federal judge in R.I. Vance said today they have no plans to do what the judge ordered them to do. They're appealing it. Ironically, Vance added, 'we have every plan to do what's in the law'. Apparently, it's now 'Trump's rule of law' they're 'obeying'.
