I have (had) BPPV since a motorcycle accident. An ENT doc did the Epley Maneuver from time to time, when it would pop up. I was then referred to a vestibular therapist who works more closely with you. Still the Epley, but also exercises. Sleeping on my left side has helped me the most this year.
