A neat trick with tariffs is that companies raise prices when tariffs are planned and then again when they are implemented. When rescinded, they don't lower the price to reflect that. It's just more profit for them and less power for you

TPS (Temporary Protected Status) is for people who want to return to their home country when it is safe. Some will apply for full asylum and citizenship, but it's not why most of them are here
