Coincidentally, have you ever heard Kevin Max's solo record on Northern Records? Very good. At least, I think it was good back then (2003? 4?). Not sure if it's held up.

Haha. I didn’t know about the Further one. I I know Innocence Mission did a lullaby album (I think) but yeah, never heard of someone doing their own conga reworked this way. SF59 innovates yet again. Wouldn’t have guessed it in 1995.

You know, I’ve never heard of any other band doing anything like this. It seems completely unique. What a lovely record and idea. Do you know of anyone else who has ever attempted this?

When I was doing Christian alternative radio in the 90's and 2000's, we didn't quite know what to do with Roadside. We had a few songs in late-night rotation. At the time, I never "got" them but now that I'm older, I know I really missed out.
