Of course, the easiest way out for the Court is to hold that this is like Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project, that US companies can be validly barred from associating with national security threats, and that the incidental burden on speech receives less than strict scrutiny.

Here, data security rationale could definitely sustain the divestiture provision. If the Court wanted to stand on firmer ground, it could declare this unconstitutional and signal it would hold such a future law constitutional. I think that's the best Plaintiffs can hope for short of a stay.

However, that divestiture is motivated entirely by a regulation of speech that would otherwise be illegal under the First Amendment.

This calls back to the Muslim ban cases. There the Court batted away multiple bans on religious discrimination grounds until a "clean" ban passed--which they let go.
