Can confirm. I stopped using Facebook years ago. Did I lose contact with casual acquaintances I liked? Yes. But the people who are most important to me I call, text, and see regularly. My life is not any worse without that site.
"But my friends and family" fuck that & Facebook. I easily deleted it years ago! A hundred people I barely knew 20 years ago that would tell me happy birthday when the website said to. They're not even going to notice you're gone. Actual friends and family have my phone #, including some of you.
