Isn't this TikTok hold backwards, in that f-tRUMP (AFTER he's in office) could propose a new bill for Congress to deal with it, rather than simply break the law right away?! It's another prime example of his cavalier disregard for ANY LAW, despite being affirmed by SCOTUS.
