Mike Brown: “I thought our guys did a really good job in the second half.”

Said they addressed what MPJ was doing to them at half.

This will be the Knicks' fourth win in a row and they'll move to 6-0 at home (0-3 on the road), 6-3 on the season.

Next eight opponents: Grizzlies, Magic, Miami, at Miami, at Dallas, at Orlando, at Brooklyn and at Charlotte

Brown started bringing in the bench up big with about eight minutes left.

With five minutes left, he has all of the young guys and Yabusele in.

Starts the fourth with the regular lineup: McBride, Shamet, Clarkson, Anunoby and KAT ... up 32.
Knicks have a lot of games bunched up coming -- back-to-back middle of the week, game Friday, then five-game road trip....

If New York keeps its 30-point lead to start the fourth, I wonder if Brown finally leans into the back bench, young guys for a long period of time.

Josh Hart now has four straight games with 10-or-more points after the 0-point, 15-minute game in Chicago.

KAT just got hit with a technical.

Brooklyn scores its first points of the second half nearly four minutes in.

Brunson: 12 points
Anunoby: 17 points
Bridges: 16 points
KAT: 14 points
Robinson: 6 rebounds

Knicks scoring 70-plus at half just shows the shot quality this team often generates. Really good. Everyone is putting the ball in the basket. Good passing.

Giving up 60 to the Nets at half, with three days off, is not good.

END OF 1Q: Knicks 40, Nets 22.

Brunson was doing Brunson things, shots were going in from all over for New York.

If you want to nitpick, the defense has to be more forceful -- not great defensively and on glass.

Nets missed a ton of good shots.

Brunson might score 50
November 9, 2025 at 11:35 PM
Knicks offense is humming but the defense hasn't been very good.

Nets have gotten some really good looks but just missed most of them.

New York up 20-13 early.

Who did the Nets beat? lol
November 9, 2025 at 11:19 PM
Knicks starters: Brunson, Bridges, OG, KAT and Mitch

One more game and this will be the “usual starters”

Mike Brown on the team’s 3-point defense: “We can do a better job of contesting. It’s something we grade after every game.”

This is a story about OG Anunoby, the shooter.

On a shooter shooting more and finding his quick release in a system that pushes you to do so:

Brown is clearing the bench with 3:18 left.

Best win of the season for the Knicks. The 3-point defense was really the only gripe you could have.

Everything else was good to great.

A dominant second half from the Knicks. They're up 20 with 5:28 left.

Nearly every player who has played has done something

Eight of the 10 who have played have scored 8 points or more.

Jalen Brunson has seven minutes to get an assist and three rebounds to complete a triple-double.

He's never had one in his NBA career.

McBride and OG Anunoby have done a lot of everything tonight.

Offensive rebounding is the Knicks' best offensive weapon. So good at it and getting it from a lot of guys.
