Democrat voters are not Democrat politicians. Similarly, Republican voters are not the same as the politicians. When discourse is referring to the parties, they are nearly always talking about those who are a part of the party's machine, not the voters or those registered with the party.

Mechanically the game is more rich than it ever has been, full-stop. If you aren't taking the punches and not savoring parts of the game you are playing, you should re-evaluate if it is bringing you joy to play.

My play group is on the upper end of bracket 3 so if I'm not controlling the board, I have to be speeding towards a win since turn 6 combo wins is late game if no one is on an interaction heavy deck.

There are ways to build her that are a little easier. If I were to take out free spells, the deck gets worse since I can't just run out my commander on curve without consequences. I like a strong commander to be able to support cards I like: archidekt.com/decks/189580...

As a side note, Rakdos Valgavoth is very similar. I can throw in Copper Table and Blessing of Leaches and still have games where I'm a menace to society. Much less reactive with Valgavoth and very much gradually becoming the problem.

I love a reactive game plan. She lets me do that and advance the game state meaningfully. I've been purposely adding in worse and worse cards and she still wins games. You can build the deck around her as strong or as weak as you want and still participate in the game narrative meaningfully.
