Last weekend I went a yoga camp near Austin where I participated in the the talent show. I did a strip tease and yes all the clothes came off! I’m still waiting for the video.

I had an ambulance weekend in Myrtle Beach at the Quest GLBQT+ Roundup. I met some amazing people! Mostly Lesbians. I conducted a workshop and went to a few others. I’ll do my best to make it back next year

Thank you Quest Round up. It has been a great weekend! I met some really nice people. Although i wish it was a bit warmer the hotel, committee were great!

This past week I began doing my own version of a HIIT WORKOUT I’m 61. It’s all upper body, rest is 1 -2 minutes 3 rounds. Then move on cables again all upper body. Total rounds 3-4. Workout time one hour 5 minutes with the lady 5 minutes dedicated to core add in 5-10 minutes for stretching.
