To be clear, I can easily deal with this—but if you're older or in a wheelchair these types of things could seriously limit your ability to use the sidewalk
Walking 4+ miles a day has truly radicalized me into how frequently people treat the sidewalk as an extension of their property. The amount of parked cars I have to squeeze past, overgrown hedges I have to duck & piles of leaves I have to wade through is insane
