Today is the first day I was not on Facebook, not even during my morning coffee. This is huge for me…clicking on it was a natural instinct for so long, a bad habit I acquired during COVID. I’ll check it at the end of the day but that’s it! Tomorrow I’m trying to quit cold turkey! One day at a time!

As soon as I figure out how to transfer all my videos and photos from FB, I will keep both accounts open but I’m anxious to get off that app and close my account!
