In other news: our Brain Pathology paper is out! We used multiscale #XPCT on human FFPE brain to 3D-image Lewy & Hirano bodies, GvD, NFTs, and β-amyloid aggregates at subcellular resolution, quantifying electron density. doi.org/10.1111/bpa....

Excited to co-author work led by @karlokomorowski.bsky.social: multiscale XPCT of FFPE human heart-forming organoids at isotropic, subcellular resolution – 3D histology w/o sectioning or staining! 🫀 This opens the door for volumetric histology of complex organoid systems.
