It's going to end up online/in a system connected to the Internet, so why not cut out the paper risk and associated keying risks? Paper does need to be retained for some people though.

Don't like phishing tests, did one just to prove people fall for them and to justify enhancing other controls / training. Constantly try to trick your teammates by increasing difficulty seems an A-hole move.

Feeling old as every new tech is supposed to fix legacy issues, but it's never focused on legacy issues. The buisness benefit is always on new stuff as it's quicker/easier.
