There’s something magical about a trade show floor at the crack of dawn on a show day. Or maybe I was a theatre kid, I dunno. But in two hours, the doors will open, the rubes will shuffle in, and we’ll have a show. And meanwhile, it’s just us grizzled carnies, drinking coffee and checking notes.
