Losing my SNAP because I'm not on SSI or SSDI, which I've been waiting and going through denials for over a year and a half now. I am lucky enough to have the resources to help me through this, but I rage at the thought of someone not having food through this disability application process.

I am so lucky to have the few people in my life doing the heavy lifting of keeping me housed while going through the disability process. Feeling extremely sentimental lately and it's honestly deserved. These people in my life are saints and I love them and everything they do to help me.

My joints have been so terrible lately. Seeing all the no kings protest pictures makes me tear up with the last bits of hope that I'm clinging onto recently. I wish I could thank every single person that is attending/attended them individually.

"Everyone gets denied for disability" is not only not soothing, it's an infuriating and insulting sentiment. It is being told that my (or others') extreme struggles are not real and dooming us to years of appealing and fighting when we don't have the energy to do *anything* sometimes.

Social media really does not come naturally to me. It's difficult to find any motivation to say something as is due to how reserved I am, and when I know there's almost no one that will hear, I'm really at a loss when it comes to finding any reason to post something.

Holding back my excitement over what feels like immediate results from a new medication. Unfortunately, my improved conditions can possibly be explained through various things, and it must actually last multiple dosage intervals of 1 month in order to be considered effective. It's only day 3.

Niche music artists having their entire discographies deleted by the hosting services after years of being inactive is a unique feeling pain. There is no way for me to go back and listen to these people's work, which shaped my music taste, and thus my self as a person by extension, as I grew up.

Financially relying on and living with a blood relative who voted red and supports the cutting of funding for the Medicaid and SNAP that I rely on, and the disability benefits I had applied to prior to election, is a tougher storm to weather than all the physical pain I endure 24/7.

Putting off learning about the ways of the world for such a long time really put me in a position where I'm currently not wise enough to come up with answers, nor naive or stupid enough to ignore problems. There's no fast forwarding the process, either.
