I love buying coffee locally. I'm totally spoiled by being in a city that has multiple small roasteries. My favorite though is metriccoffee.com. I know they do a subscription as well but I've never tried it.

Not everybody has a poster's heart

Once someone achieves success they're expected to continue doing it forever and if they stop then it's seen as failure. That can either burn people out or they can end it or they can choose to end it on their own terms. Our passions can change and that doesn't make our past efforts a failure.
