Make sure you take a Covid test, pretty early for cold season. It’s ramping up, have been sick for almost 2 weeks with the latest Covid variant.

Dymista is not ideal for sure, who needs potentially immune suppressing steroids! Does require a prescription but a pharmacist can prescribe (has to be on-label use).
I called my pharmacist today and he wasn’t aware of any azelastine-only nasal spray in Canada. Compounding is worth asking about.

We did not expect the full frontal attack on the peach
This simple joy that provides sweetness and tells us that the peak of summer has arrived

We expect wildfires to consume our homes
Embers lighting the pine needles we neglected
We dread that we may have forgotten to clean our eaves troughs
Or removed sufficient lower limbs of trees

But one that strikes the heart at an acute angle
An insult to our expectations of the summer

I’m wondering if you have a position or statement related to the use of generative AI?

Thanks for stirring up shit, Justin.
It’s exactly what we needed.

However, everyone who didn’t pick Okanagan peach (which hasn’t been available since **2023** due to climate change) is delusional.
