Climate change ~ Clean air ~ Clean water ~ Convening for change

I recently got COVID after 5+ years of trying to be careful.

I’m only starting to test negative after 2 weeks - seems like others have the same experience. This is not a cold.

One-way masking has its limits.

We wouldn’t tolerate drinking polluted drinking water, time to demand clean air!

Went to a hospital clinic yesterday for a routine medical thing. Lots of vulnerable people there such as cancer patients and pregnant people. One other person masked besides me, an older patient. Zero medical staff masking. Why?

Some uses of AI are almost comical, like this one in the Weather Network app. Have the tech bros serving us this stuff reached peak grift yet?

Pretty excited that the Nukit Far-UVC lights dropped in time for my birthday this week. This little clean air present is heading my way soon. Another layer for COVID-safe indoor visits.

***Joy is not made to be a crumb***

There are many things to be angry and sad about - war, genocide, climate emergencies, COVID indifference, as well as what might be going on in each of our own private lives.

Or for the ultimate niche product, the hydrogen powered Filet-o-Fish mobile! Maybe can do delivery when the McBarge gets up and running again? No I’m not ridiculing the hydrogen crowd, we all need to have our dreams 😊

Filet-o-fish mobile? That’s a niche I could get behind.

I am an eggplant scientist but this explanation seems pretty cool. Apparently it’s one way to get them not to absorb so much oil. www.compoundchem.com/2018/08/22/a...
