A little late to the party here but I just finished listening to @trippfuller.bsky.social's The Rise of Bonhoeffer. Really enjoyed it! Crazy that Bonhoeffer’s “Religionless Christianity” is still at the cutting edge of our conversations about where Christianity could go.

Have to say, it's a particular agony to me to have spent a career studying what happened to the Christian Church in Germany in 1930s and watch the same damn thing happening now.

I’m going to keep hitting this until they figure it out, because they are it…the Democrats are THE ONLY political opposition. They had three months to prepare for these acts. And they seem surprised and flat footed.
I’m old enough to remember when we had 3 branches of government. Forget checks and balances. I guess we are a Muskocracy now.
