It's all about "core duties", one of the three buckets defined in that opinion. These are statutes that are not within the Constitution. So if someone were to charge him with violating 26 USC 6103 (the likelier scenario), then it is likely that it would be subject to judicial review.

This seems like a very antiquated argument. Companies that sell items made with hazardous products (regardless of where they are manufactured) can and have been held liable. Make laws against using of dangerous products. They are responsible for the manufacturing, no matter where it happens.

But of course none of it matters because courts have ruled that the Bureau of Prisons has to provide it.

But Kamala’s team can’t even bother to explain that. She got hit and had no defense. The whole campaign was a strategical error.

There was a 2020 study down that showed Facebook users would pay as much as $5.29 a month for the platform.

I like the idea of a pay-to-use service because it raises the barrier for unserious people. It’s either that or ads.

Yes, the Bureau of Prisons is the only federal agency under court order to provide these surgeries, pursuant to 8th Amendment claims.

The guidelines regarding this were a last minute policy from the existing Obama administration. Trump’s administration added the “necessary” to existing policy.

Yeah, there needs to be path for people already here. And then the immigration system needs to be fixed because it’s the problem.
