"Field of Stars". This was made (circa 1950) with a strange 6x9 plastic camera known as a "Stylex"; from the Herbert George Camera Company of Chicago. Even stranger was the 1968-expired "DandiPan" film that created all those "stars". #expiredfilm #filmphotography

Teapot Rock is now sadly gone. Washed into the sea by Hurricane Fiona a few years ago. This is an ink transfer on Arches 88 paper made using hand sanitizer and some old overhead projection transparency sheets. #printmaking #pei #blackandwhitephotography

The shuttle (now gone) is what remained from a roadside attraction in Prince Edward Island, Canada. It was made mostly out of plywood and scrap metal.

Ink emulsion lift (with incorporated layer of gold leaf) on synthetic media. Seven layers of ink transfer medium in total. More info in alt text. #printmaking #inktransfer
A gold monotone image of a tree trunk surrounded by leaves and branches. The image was made using multiple layers of transfer medium and a layer of gold leaf which were applied to an inkjet transparency. After drying, the whole thing was soaked in water for a few hours causing the "emulsion" to float off (like a Polaroid emulsion would). The emulsion was then applied to some white synthetic media using yet another layer of transfer medium to glue it to the synthetic surface.

Autumn. Decal paper print on synthetic medium. #printmaking
