Doing a March Madness thing in my room and showing One Shining Moment videos to get students to think about their Shining Moment of the day. They think it's hysterical when Bill Rafferty says "Major Onions". Yep...it is now the most heard phrase during 2nd grade recess.

Too many of our checks and balances rely on norms, traditions and the honor code.
