When I see something like this, I promise the patient that with the effort of initiating and titrating #GDMTworks, they can expect a bounce in their LVEF. In this case--since she's naive to therapy--likely a lot.

No idea--as hard as it was for me to do it with 18K+ followers, I suspect it'd be harder for him with half a million...

I haven't posted there in basically months and was using it largely to lurk and check news/scores. At the end of the day--definitely not worth it.
