Spotted earlier today at Troubadour Books in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I meant to watch this last night now that it is streaming on Netflix but time is a flat circle and I simply was not able to do it.

Circa 1994/1995, one of the local radio stations in Austin (KLBJ) aired an obnoxious and ridiculous television commercial featuring "Spoon Man" as its soundtrack. I still shudder in horror when I hear the song as it takes me back to that time. Alas. @signalwatch.bsky.social will remember this, too.

Very interesting that the criminal defendant waited until the middle of the direct examination of his own attorney at trial to vanish when he could have presumably done so at any prior time. ;)

I have actually used this very issue in some of my comic book themed continuing legal education programs. It's a fun one.
