Correct - they can still call it a sandwich (they can call it a car for all I care), but it technically isn't one

Well it looks like there's eligible bread at the top and bottom of the frame, making this a sandwich.

Individually? The soup is ineligible, air sandwich is ineligible, and the soda is borderline (eligible)

You can have a piece of bread between 2 slices of valid bread and it's still a sandwich

It's true! Looks great

Not sure - I am only an authority on what a sandwich is
October 25, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Not a sandwich!
October 25, 2025 at 3:16 PM
Absolutely - totally cool to use for other stuff - just TECHNICALLY not a sandwich when you venture outside those guardrails; but sandwich is a versatile term colloquially.

A sandwich is only truly a sandwich when there are 2 separate, yeast-based sliced bread and anything in between it.

Ice cream sandwich? Called a sandwich, not a sandwich.

Hot dog? You mean a bread taco?

Open-faced sandwich? You mean dressed-up bruschetta?

This is a perfect example of a well-structured and "ingrediented" sandwich

I'm boarding in about 2 hours and will let you know how it plays out, but it'll probably be a bunch of people watching Jurassic Park or playing that dumb egg game where you feed eggs to the egg.

And available on Delta flights!

Like I'm not against using LLMs to generate content - but when that's your foundation, I have to spend all of my time fixing your foundation before we even start talking about structure or substance

Like they type in a prompt and say "here ya go". Maybe they gave it a once-over or modified it a bit
