There are 4k 4 yr colles in the USA. 400 in Germany. 340m people in the USA. 85m in Germany
The craziest thing about America is the rich and powerful are always telling us we can’t do something many other nations do
You can’t make all colleges free. Thats a license for them to jack up tuition to the government. It’s what they did when student loans became available to anyone and couldn’t be released in bankruptcy
States should parter with Community colleges and a single 4 year per DMA to be free.
