It's worth looking again at the range of pro-Nazi, British collaborationists in the original version - from an ex-King, to the guys Rudolf Hess dropped in on, the Brits in the Waffen SS unit, John Amory, the Robbie Gibb-ish Joseph Ball. It was bigger than we care to think.

Many US judges were appointed by Trump. This one in Florida, Aileen Cannon, achieved notoriety for slow-walking and then dismissing the classified documents case against Trump. Would she give this $1bn law suit a fair trial? #r4today

The only cloud on the horizon is that Dougie Carswell may will be fleeing "Mississippean Socialism" very soon.

Newly-emasculated CBS edited the very bad bits of their Trump interview on flagship 60 Minutes show only a few days ago. No one in the UK media seemed to notice.

Tim Montgomery still pretending to be a political commentator while also a politician. Sarah Montague treats him like a BBC employee, as ever. #wato

Well, the long-term leader of my local council looked a shoo-in for a safe seat, but a few skeletons in his cupboard and accumulated enemies whipped it away from him. He didnt then do this in Barking.

The Tories spent just the 14 years blaming the previous Labour government for the state of the nation's finances (David Cameron pictured here doing it in 2015). Some of us have a better recall than Kemi Badenoch. #pmqs
