You actually believe China, Canada, Australia, Mexico and evety other country send tariffs checks to the US? Hilarious. Guess you think passing a cognitive test makes a person a genius, too. Tariffs are paid by importers, not other countries.

The Supremacy Clause also requires federal law enforcement to follow the law and have a court order before being allowed to enter buildings, so when ICE shows up without a warrant, ICE is not following the Constitution, therefore the Supremacy Clause does not apply.
