Can somebody please explain to Donny Dunce that tariffs do not bring new money into a country? Use short words, because he's not very bright, as proven by the fact he thinks other countries send tariff checks (Which they don't!).

US government agency inefficiencies are mainly caused by decades old computers they use. Anybody out there still using an IBM PC Jr? No? The computers at the IRS and SS are that old. And the VA has never had computers for vet records. Now guess which party has refused new system funding for decades?
