Some real estate websites have things like "walkability scores" or "bike scores" to assess a neighborhood. I'd love to see researchers build this paper's framework out until we can have a neighborhood's "social score" right there on a real estate listing

Super interesting. I was surprised that aesthetics showed up in significant way like that, and that transport access didn't. Urbanization is all over the place, I wish they'd dug into that. Maybe saving it for a future paper
