Well in that case I guess you can write it off spiritually as a campaign contribution to good literary citizenship

If the Calibre app still works, you could use it to convert those books to the other format, so you can be daunted by them on Kobo instead

I would love one. My timing is all off-- I was just thinking of you because I was listening to a podcast that mentioned that film & tv ppl have been preferring to option short stories over whole books lately, and I was thinking "hmm interesting transmedia opportunity for small game teams?"

Have you figured out where to list games? "Artistic Exhibitions" maybe?

Sorry I missed it. How did it go?

I think you'll need to sell it like they need to BREAK the crisis, DISRUPT the crisis, get on board with THE FUTURE, which is equal.

Looking at the struggles of teams I’ve worked with who are now in EA, I can vouch for the fact that EA no longer works the way it worked x years ago when games coming out now first made their plans. Good luck with the recovery— hope you can turn it around.

Sorry to hear that. Hope they get good care and recover well.

If you look at secondhand listings for a rocky Rancilio grinder and the Rancilio Silvia espresso machine, they are indestructible and repairable and retain their functional value. I thing the comparable Gaggia machine does too.

I'm doing this too. The note you have to see every time you log in that cryptically says it's going to be deprecated soon, but not soon enough for us... I've definitely been picking away at it for a long time. I'm told it tends to crash in the week everything is due.

Just an unexceptional lentil vegetable

Cracks me up when ppl are like “ooh noo I can’t write for an audience of young people whose parents are highly motivated to spend on books and who will absorb my stories into their very DNA forever.”

A good hypothesis. There are also a lot of invisible wife collaborators throughout literature.

Weird, I thought they all went by Mike

I keep seeing your post and keep thinking maybe he didn’t write the kids books alone, if that’s the case.
