This was my exact experience last night and it was lovely. 🥰
I heard many people saying how excited they were as we walked into the theater last night to watch Wicked. Not a single one of them sang out loud during the musical numbers. Sometimes appreciation for art looks like watching and letting other people enjoy the art without your interruptions.
