I would like to see a double blind test where the people serving *and* drinking the tea don't know how the water was boiled.

When you pour boiling water into a cup, it's not actively bubbling anymore, so there's still no oxygen moving through the water.

So unless you're actively boiling the tea in the kettle, as opposed to boiling the water in the kettle and then steeping the tea in that, it is the same.

Give me one reason based on science why you can't boil water in the microwave for tea :p
