@jasonkander.bsky.social I’m thinking of you and all the Afghan families that you helped get established here. This is a tragedy and I fear it will be used to hurt those folks. We have no idea of the shooters motive but we do know that wars damage everyone involved no matter their nationality.

Antivaxxers are exhausting and things are getting so much worse. The misinformation is having a profound impact especially on younger parents new to learning about this topic. I don’t know how long I can keep working while watching a life’s work being ripped to shreds. #pedsky #medsky
