I’m guessing he didn’t write this. It’s complete sentences with punctuation and correct usage of capital letters. Some staffer told him he needed to make a statement. Can’t you just see him waving him/her off, saying, “Yeah, yeah, just write something that will make me look good”?

Looky what I got in the mail today! I’m sure it’s from some local MAGAT (it had a Louisville postmark). I feel so special!! I’m not giving up and I’m not giving in!
