when faced with difficulties, I recall one Saturday morning in the dojo, at the tail end of the practice session I was utterly exhausted by 3 hrs of Ukemi, uchikomi and randori. I got to know myself a little bit. Best experience ever.

Writing poetry on a word page or an app page. The death of many a poem at the inspiration stage.

I’m so excited that the teachers and librarians are coming over… maybe there will be interest in book giveaways again!
